We use human grade ingredients while avoiding additives and preservatives, and we spare no expense when it comes to testing and quality assurance. We stick to rigorous inspection standards and intensive recordskeeping while batching every formula in regulated cleanrooms. For us, testing is an extensive process that starts well before the day of manufacturing. We believe a fully auditable and transparent supply chain is critical for delivering a consistently safe and effective product.

All of our suppliers are fully vetted to make certain they share a dedication to precision and safety. In addition to being cGMP-certified, every manufacturer passes a 39-point criteria for pet health and safety standards. Every lot of ingredients that we receive must be backed by a record of lot control, verifiable certificates of analysis (COA's), and a summary of Hazard Communication Standards (SDS's). Before any ingredient is used in-house, it is quarantined, sampled, and third-party tested by ISO/IEC 17025 accredited laboratories. Lastly, all materials undergo a final-pass by our own expert IQA team. Only then will those ingredients make their way into each formula.
